Box Manufacturing Process Explained

The carton boxes you get from us will never be short on quality. Though we believe in an eco-friendly way of manufacturing boxes, creating one without trees is inevitable.

We make sure to get pine and fir tree wood in a sustainable way.
Wood chips are made from the tree, which are then broken down into pulp.
To this, sodium sulphate is added to make the pulp stronger.
Next, the pulp is sent to the corrugation machine, after which we get corrugated cardboard.
This is then cut into the desired shape and finally assembled per requirements.
